1st Place - Classical
Eilyssa is currently a sophomore at Aliso Niguel High School, and sings every day at school. Eilyssa began singing at a very young age and was encouraged by her late father. She would love nothing more than to pursue a career in music and is currently studying with Kathleen Martin. Toward that goal, she has competed and placed in numerous competitions including NATS/SEP, VOCE, NATS Cal-Western and Hal Leonard (USA, Canada).
In 2011, she had the opportunity to sing at a choir celebration in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, Germany, the hometown of her Grandfather. Ever since, every time Eilyssa visits her Grandfather, she is invited to perform at the festival. She would like to thank her entire family for their support.
