Zach Thomas

3rd Place - Musical Theater

Zach Thomas is a senior at San Clemente High School and thrilled to be a part of Stars of Tomorrow. He loves to sing but did not find his voice until 7th grade. His first musical was Bye Bye Birdie his freshman year. Zach is currently preparing for his role as Galahad in SCHS’s production of Spamalot. He most recently performed the roles of Seymour in SCHS’s production of Little Shop of Horrors and Mr. Banks in Mary Poppins. All his achievements would not be possible without his voice trainer, Megan Theodorou, whom he has trained with the last 2 years. He is president of SCHS’s Madrigals choir which he has been part of since freshman year. Outside of singing and music in general, Zach has student directed SCHS’s production of Lord of the Flies, is the manager of his school’s Improv Team and has a knack for creative writing. He plans to continue his passion for theatre and music in college. On a final note, he would like to thank Megan for pushing him to new heights with his voice, SCHS’s production director Laurie Mason, his drama teacher Julie Knights, and all his friends and family that have supported him on his journey.
